By Train
Ghent is just 30 minutes from Brussels by train, with frequent connections to major cities across Belgium and Europe (including Eurostar). The main train station, Ghent-Sint-Pieters, is well connected to the city center by tram and bus.
By Car
Ghent is situated near the E17 and E40 highways, making it easily accessible by car. Ample parking options are available in and around the city center.
By Plane
The closest international airport is Brussels Airport (BRU), which is a 45-minute drive from Ghent. From the airport, you can take a direct train to Ghent.
Getting Around Ghent
Once in Ghent, you can explore the city easily by foot, bicycle, or public transport. The local tram and bus networks offer quick access to all major points of interest.
